In this article, examples of Fasit application are presented.
1 – O sistema fasit da adash
The AI system FASIT Atash works by implementing if a series of rules in signal analysis made to signs of vibrations measured in the machines.

The examples of Vibration Analysis Diagnosis, presented below, were made by the vibration analyzer VA5Pro Da Adash.
EXAMPLE 1 – I desaperto pump
In this case, that is, Since its implementation has presented an alarm to the global level of vibration on the drive side on the pump. It also identified as an anomaly, imbalance and mechanical clearances. In the following figure presented can be seen the diagnosis.

Neste Caso a Fasit, Since its implementation presented vibratory characteristics of imbalance in the fan, having evolved since its implementation of 50% for 96%, as can be seen from the trends chart.
